The one-bedroom suite offered a comfortable stay with nice views and a homely atmosphere. The location near the main area provided easy access to transportation options like Uber and nearby trams. While the staff were friendly, the language barrier was an issue, with many unable to communicate in English. Additionally, miscommunication about the essential policies, such as the damage deposit and dinner credit, led to frustration.

Great view and friendly staff!
Had an awesome time here! Luis and Sabrina were super welcoming, making check-in easy despite our room not being ready. The 20th-floor view was just beautiful! Also, the pizza place nearby is a must-try. Just wish the landline in the room actually worked, seemed kinda outdated. Still a cool spot to stay!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We hit up the Bayside Marketplace for live music and caught an exciting Miami Marlins game at LoanDepot Park. The location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and nightlife. The rooftop pool is a relaxing spot to chill, and the room was spacious with all the amenities we needed.
I did have an issue with valet service. They were pretty disorganized and tried to make me pay upfront, which was confusing.

The One Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed and Balcony offers stunning views and a spacious layout, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The rooftop pool provides a relaxing escape, allowing for a chill spot while overlooking the skyline.
Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn't up to par. I found hair in both the shower and sink, and the sink clogged after a few days of use. The absence of efficient service for basic requests, like towels, was also frustrating when I had to ask multiple times or even go downstairs myself.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The rooftop bar offers stunning views, especially during happy hour. The room was clean and comfy, with plenty of space. I loved having two bathrooms. it made our stay so much more convenient. However, the valet service was a bit of a headache. They were disorganized and tried to charge me upfront, which was confusing. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchenware in the kitchenette for preparing meals.

We loved our spacious suite, which was perfect for our family with two young kids. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the bustling Brickell area with restaurants and shops. Plus, the pool was a hit with the kids after our adventures.
My kids wished the breakfast had more variety and options for picky eaters. I think adding a few healthier choices would make mornings much easier for families.

The two-bedroom suite had a nice layout and offered lovely bay views from a narrow balcony, although it would have been better with furniture. While the breakfast options were limited, the overall experience was comfortable. However, the limited facilities for in-room dining and disorganized guest laundry could use improvement.

The two-bedroom setup was quite spacious, ideal for a family. We loved the proximity to great restaurants and shops in Brickell, making it easy to explore the area. However, the kitchen area felt under-equipped and the breakfast options were rather basic, offering little variety during our stay.

Excellent Customer Service and Comfort
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Luis and Dwayne made me feel welcome, and the hotel’s cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the stunning views from the 24th floor and the complimentary coffee available there. However, I wish the check-in process was a bit smoother regarding the inconsistencies with fees.
